WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

HOW MUCH WILL IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?
ᴇɴ: The estimated delivery time is between 2-10 working days for national orders and 8-25 working days for international orders. Please be patience, this time of the year is a busy time, so shipping companies may take a bit longer to deliver.
¿CUÁNTO TIEMPO TARDARÁ EN SER ENTREGADO?

WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?
ᴇɴ: When checking out, you will be given two shipping options: Without tracking (does not include a tracking number) and Tracked Shipping (you will be able to see where your package is with this option.
If you select the option Without tracking, you may receive a notice in your mailbox, indicating where you should pick up your package, it should be in the nearest USPS office.
¿SERÁ POSIBLE LOCALIZAR MI PAQUETE?
✿.:*Cuando estés tramitando el pedido, en el apartado de envío, te aparecerán dos opciones: envío con seguimiento y sin seguimiento, podrás elegir la opción que desees.
La nueva política de Correos, con el envío estándar (sin seguimiento) deja un aviso en el buzón, para que vayas a la oficina indicada a recogerlo.
MY ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE
ᴇɴ: Raisin Jewels is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once they are dropped off at the post office they are out of our hands. Only if you have selected the option with tracking number, we will be able to put a claim to our shipping company to get them to study the case and give us a solution within 30 days.
Correos (our national shipping company) gets delivered in the US by the company USPS, so we recommend you check their offices in case your package is there.
MI PAQUETE NO LLEGA
✿.:* Raisin Jewels no se hace responsable de los paquetes perdidos o robados. Una vez los dejamos en las oficinas de Correos, no podemos hacer más. Solo si habéis seleccionado la opción de envío con seguimiento, podremos poner una incidencia, para que Correos investigue el caso y nos de una solución en 30 días.
En los envíos ordinarios (sin seguimiento), correos en ocasiones deja una nota en el buzón para que recojas tu paquete en la oficina más cercana.
